Weekend Fling At The Peaks Resort & Spa...
Ryan suggested a weekend getaway for our 11th anniversary... We chose The Peaks Resort & Spa in Telluride What a wonderful trip up... Ryan and I just got to talk and talk, and talk.... what a gift to hear his heart, his dreams, his plans for our family. Loving this little weekend getaway... Appetizer Hamachi Shashimi & Lemon Chili Ice yellowtail tuna shashimi over sliced mango topped with squid ink infused tobeko roe shaved lemon chili ice Ryan ordered : Colorado Buffalo Burger lean colorado buffalo topped with the classic fixin’s served on a grilled chibatta bun with a side of pomme frites (french fries) I ordered Red Pepper Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms balsamic marinated portabella mushrooms grilled then stuffed with roasted red peppers served with a side of grilled organic vegetables Golf Anyone?
